I have very mixed feelings about yesterday’s speech
Loved his promise to repeal “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and his public condemnation of the Supreme Court’s disastrous decision to open elections up to corporate foreign monies.
Hated his repeated promise to continue working with Republicans. When will he “get it”??? Republicans are out-of-power giant A-holes who will NEVER, EVER play by the rules or vote for Democratic legislation. They are corporate kiss-butts who put profits before people. They are ruthless and hate you. It’s that simple. (In other words, please stop waiting for the phone to ring…I know you like him, but he’s just not that into you.) Continue reading
