I just caught the tail end of a show on MSNBC called “Dr. Nancy”…and I still can’t believe what I heard within the small timeframe that I watched it in.
Within a 5-minute span, I heard her basically say:
- Early cancer screenings produce a lot of false positives and are unreliable
- Early screenings create more worry than help
- The treatment for cancer is worse than the diagnosis itself
- Getting screenings early only creates problems for yourself when you’re young
I can’t believe this woman calls herself a doctor – and has her own show.
I guess MSNBC isn’t happy with only one or two nut jobs (Chris Matthews and Joe Scarborough)
I’m still trying to get my head to stop spinning.
Wow.
I’m not making this stuff up. She had it all captioned and summarized in bullet points on the screen while her guests were talking.
The Republican Health Care agenda really is:
Die, please, if you’re sick, so we don’t have to worry about your sorry ass.
Oh yeah, and tanning beds are good for you…
Sigh.
Here’s a link to site with videos: http://topics.healthvideo.com/m/25651765/dr-nancy-snyderman-discusses-melanoma.htm
She say’s “don’t run to a doctor everytime you find something”. On the video, she says “know your body” – then says “don’t run to your doctor”.
She says there is a lot of waste in the system. You, the patient, are a waste of time. You are too much of a “worry wart” – a “worried well”.
This beeatch thinks you are wasting your doctor’s time if you find a wart and it turns out to be nothing.
Hey Dr. Nancy: Only out of LUCK does it turn out to be nothing, you beeatch.
Can you say “right wing tool”??
