Apartment Complex bans all flags – Even U.S. flags

In their defense, they say it could be intrepreted as offensive to others in the area.

You say it’s too PC?

Not really.

This might sound a little off-handish. I don’t care.

But if you live in a diverse minority neighborhood, where you – your skin color – represents the oppressor – you know, the racist…err…”whitey” – then to YOU – and only you – the flag will represent only support for the troops in Iraq..or some such showing of national pride.

But if you”re the same color as the person who is being bombed…err “darky”… then a neighbor constantly flying a flag in your face is like saying “hey, we bombed your asses, and we”d do it all over again if we could…and we’re going to continue to call it ”liberating””

I think I can understand why this apartment complex wants to ban flags.  I don”t think it”s right – but nothing the “right” has done has made any sense.  Bombing other countries without any impunity – and defending it with “they attacked us”.

Never mind the fact that it was Saudi Arabia that paid 16 of the 19 hijackers – all of them Saudi Nationals.

Never mind the fact that it was Pakistan that promised to protect Osama Bin Laden.  Afghanistan allowed us into their country to go after OBL.  Then what do we do?  Kill civilians, let OBL get away, then abandon them (“cut and run” anyone?) in favor of going after Sadam.

Sadam… a bad guy indeed…but who had nothing to do with OBL or 9/11.

So why exactly did we go after Sadam?

Oil – the second largest pool of oil reserves in the WORLD – sits underneath Iraq.  It”s almost as if we never had any real intention of going after OBL at all, isn”t it?

So, if I were a middle-eastener, I”d have to say I’d feel pretty god-damned offended everytime some pasty-face nazi insisted that I had something to do with it…because of my skin color, of course.

They didn’t start it – they just don”t want to be reminded of all the crap this country has been through for the past 8 years.
